  1. well as far as u and i knw both of these platforms rocks but wordpress will always have an edge over blogger.

  2. Abhishek,
Yeah, both of them are great, but the only thing I don’t like is that Scripts are not allowed in Wordpress.COM

  3. I tried wordpress.com and loved it.. but I also hated the fact it doesn’t allow scripts!! so stayed on the blogger - hoping to move to a hosted wordpress.org

  4. Pearl,
Switching to a self-hosted Wordpress Blog is the best option.

  5. Wordpress.com is good in many ways like commenting section and overall interface.
I liked blogger for the only fact that it allowed to edit themes, which is sadly missing in wordpress.com
And as Shankar mentioned, hosted wordpress is the best way out if you can afford it.
I too had done a comparison of both long time back. :-)

  6. having used both, I would always advise wordpress.

I hear soo many good things about wordpress that i start feeling like I am wasting time on blogger :) thanks all - may be I’ll be coming to you guys for help then :=)

  8. Pearl, you’re very welcome, and good luck in switching ;) :)
