O have used Foxit for almost an year, but Sumatra is even more minimalist, just as I like, besides, is open source.
The lack of hotkeys I fix with Autohotkey.
And to remove the Foxit banner I must carry a reg file, most lans just block it.
I am switching to Sumatra.

i personally feel Foxit reader is best whereas a typical installation of adobe photoshop will occupy 150 mb compared to foxit which is just 4 mb and loads up really fast.... So for a minimal PDF reader please go for Foxit... its best of all... thanks shankar ganesh for letting know everybody about the best...
