It would prefer to use Picnik I can do most of the image editing work online with Picnik.

well offline tools are much better when it comes even in a simple paint program.

I used to use Picture2Life but since I came across Faststone capture i don’t use it quite often and I have a portable version of it so can carry it on my usb drive too .

I still use software on my computer to resize images. Because I can also optimize images for the web using the same software.
