Twitter asks you what you’re doing whereas HappyTxt asks you what your mood is.

Happy, sad… whatever…. Just type in, add an icon and you’re done.

If you like Twitter, you may like HappyTxt. It’s not possible to access HappyTxt I guess, and such a feature will be good.
