HTML Validator is a Firefox Extension which could be useful for web developers out there.

It validates a web page and displays the number of errors and warnings generated during HTML validation in the status bar.

Using the HTML Validator Firefox extension, you could also easily access the source code of a web page from the status bar. In addition, this Firefox add-on can clean up the HTML code in case any errors were generated.

    Currently, I am saturated with FF plugins.
    I usually stick with w3c.org’s validator or dreamweaver’s inbuilt xHtml checker.

    Just a warning, too many extensions like this can make surfing slower. These extensions automatically send requests to appropriate servers when you visit a webpage.
    That’s why I recommend to have it as a button or context menu entry.

    Hmm… You’re right Pallab. I’m always particular about this. Once in a while, I examine at the addons dialog and clear the clutter.
