Sudoku is a logic-based number placement puzzle. The objective is to fill a 9×9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes (also called blocks or regions) contains the digits from 1 to 9. The puzzle setter provides a partially completed grid.
Many people are getting addicted to the Sudoku puzzles that come in daily newspapers everday. I also fall in that category. I spend much time online, so just went in a hunt for Sudoku games online. Here are some that I found:
Web Sudoku Online
Web Sudoku offers playable web versions of the very popular Sudoku puzzle. You can select your level from the list - easy, medium, hard or evil and start playing. WebSudoku, the online Sudoku playing portal offers printable versions of the Sudoku game if you need an offline copy to play with when you’re away from your computer. Other similar ones include Sudoku Live, Soduku Shack.
Flash Versions of Sudoku
Miniclip is a very popular free flash games site that you’ll enjoy playing with. You can play Sudoku online on Miniclip with its flash version. Graphically elegant, you’ll enjoy playing the medium, easy and hard levels on Miniclip online.
Life Sudoku is yet another online flash version of the Sudoku puzzle. The best part is that you can use ‘pencil marks’ if you’re not sure what’s the right number to put in the box. You can store the possible numbers in a box using ‘pencil marks’.
Variants of Sudoku Puzzle
Many other variants that are a bit different from the real Sudoku puzzle, yet similar in some aspects are available as well for you to play online.
Those include Sudoku X, Kakuro, Jigsawdoku, Killer Sudoku X, etc. You can play these games online from here.

Well, unfortunately….I don’t fall in that category. I do enough brainstorming for my blogging future..that by end of the day….I don’t have much brain left in me….
Miniclip is a nice find.. trying it now however nothing beats playing sudoku on paper.
Thats why I bought not 1 but 3 books full of puzzles :).

I try to play Sudoku almost daily. But I try to take print out of the puzzles and solve them when I’m traveling or have nothing to do.

Yeah, sudoku is awesome. It has the DNA of a great game - easy to learn but difficult to master.

I am not a big Sudoku fan but yeah I love playing it. Nice find, there are some thousand of online sudoku these days and some are also high graphics desktop app like DKM Sudoku Desktop which I use often!
