Save and exit back to the desktop, open a command prompt window in C:\vtp and enter the "vivp" command. TYou should be good to go! Clear skies! If you are having problems installing, extract the files as above:

“Vista Transformation Pack 8.0.1.exe” /x c:\vtp
this would extract the contents to c:\vtp

Then go into “System Properties” in “My Computer”‘s properties, select the advanced tab, then the “Environment Variables” button, and edit the “Path” entry, adding “;C:\vtp” to the end of the line. Save and exit back to the desktop, open a command prompt window in C:\vtp and enter the “vivp” command. TYou should be good to go!
