Tabby Firefox Extension: Control how tabs behave
The Tabby Firefox Extension lets you control the way tabs on Firefox behave.
Tabby controls where tabs open and which previous tab gets selected when a tab closes. For both open and close, Tabby can defer to the browser (with or without another tab-controlling extension), always go leftmost or rightmost, use the relative position either leftward or rightward, or go completely random.

Firefox extension: A progress bar inside your address bar
Fission is a cool new funky Firefox addon that displays a progress bar inside your browser’s address bar.
It basically combines Firefox’s address bar and Progress bar like this:

You could change the colour of the progress bar, and align it to the right/left using the options available. Plus, you could also set a background image to your address bar.

Disable Firefox Password manager
Every so often, you get to see this dialog in Firefox asking you whether you want it to remember your login password for a particular site or not:

This may annoy you, and here’s how you can disable it:
- Navigate to Tools >> Options in the menu bar
- Under Security, uncheck the option Remember passwords for sites
- Click Ok and move out
The dialog will never come back again.
